Built and finished to blend with and compliment the existing house, this ADU is a new home for the family’s aging parent. The original garage was raised and a double car garage, topped with 800 square feet of smartly planned living, was constructed in it’s place. An open and airy plan, with vaulted ceilings and banks of windows, helps the one bedroom, one bath apartment live large. Engineered pre-finished oak floors throughout, solid surface counters and white, flush OTL kitchen and bathroom cabinets provide a sturdy, practical and clean canvas for a new phase of living.
