This project improved the flow of this mid-century modern home, creating a clean, crisp look and feel throughout, with features such as brushed nickel fixtures, custom powder-coated steel guardrails, rift oak cabinets, and quartz countertops. Highlights include silver slate tile floors, refinished hardwoods, textured ceramic wall tiles, LED lighting, a black soapstone fireplace hearth, a new mudroom connection between the house and new garage, PVC membrane roof, new windows, improved front drainage, and custom tiled dog wash for the family’s best friend.
