• Replacing the windows in your home provides one of the best value-for-the-money investments you can make. It increases the efficiency of your house, with paybacks beginning immediately in the form of lower utility bills in summer and winter. This is in addition to the long term satisfaction of helping the environment.
• It increases the market value of your home. Windows are a high visibility item, which improve the appearance of your house.
• It improves the livability of your home. New windows help the appearance, the comfort level, and air quality is improved with better ventilation.
• Window replacement is included in the upgrades eligible for a variety of tax incentives. During 2009/2010, the Federal Energy Credit rebate provides a tax credit of up to $1500 towards the cost of new windows. This is in addition to other rebates available locally from organizations such as Energy Trust of Oregon, of which we are a Trade Ally.
• Replacing windows is less disruptive than some other major home improvement projects. Most projects will be complete within a week, many in 1-2 days. We will take great care in your home, to protect it from damage and dust.
